From the perspective of contract design, the study provides practical solutions and formulation proposals for standard problems of complex cooperation between the state and private parties (PPP/PPP). Theoretically, it is based on institutional economic methods and the basic rules of contractual risk distribution and deals, for example, with performance provisions, adjustment mechanisms, conflict resolution rules, information mechanisms and termination rules.
