'The Civil Law Accessoriness of Criminal Copyright Law and its Limits'

The content of criminal copyright law is based on the civil law specifications. This is described by the term civil law accessoriness. Due of the principle of determination, civil law accessoriness also has a constitutional necessity. At the same time, however, there is a need for a certain independence of the criminal law in general – the subsequent approval is just one exemple. This work systematizes these and other cases by identifying four characteristics on which the author bases his analysis.
