»Composite Contracts Pursuant to Section 311b Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB)« Sophie Scholz examines the scope of notarisation obligations pursuant to section 311b paragraph 1 sentence 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) for composite contracts. This research question has, thus far, hardly been considered or analysed. In her work, the jurisprudence is critically reviewed and evaluated alongside the opinions set out in the relevant literature in order to develop a practical legal formula for determining the scope of notarisation obligations in composite contracts.
