How can this claim be implemented in view of the general shortage of specialists in daycare centres and the socialization of early childhood educators, which is increasingly characterized by secularity and religious plurality? What approaches do non-religious early childhood educators find to religion-related elementary education? How does their understanding of religion affect this?
