Migration und Erwachsenenbildung

What role does migration experience play in adult and vocational further education? To date, migration was barely considered in further education research and practice, even though migration-based diversity impacts on learning behaviour and requirements. Against this backdrop, the author developed approaches for the professionalisation and offer development in adult education with a special focus on the various education requirements of adults with a migratory background. The text offers the basic foundation for diversity-conscious further education work for students and practitioners of adult education.
