Staring at the smart clothes in the shop window, delivery boy Harold Million swears to himself that one day he too will be wearing clothes like that. He dreams of becoming more than just a second-class citizen, but Cape Town is not an easy place to make that happen, certainly not for someone from his background. Realising that money is the ticket he needs to become a first-class citizen, Harold quickly finds creative ways to get rich. The paths he takes and the people he meets along the way teach him not only about a side of Cape Town that he had no idea existed, but also about the true value of money.
