The book offers an authoritative overview of the topical issues surrounding intra-industry trade in Europe in the era of European economic integration. It brings together expert contributors from eight of the European Union member states. The theory of intra-industry trade is discussed and assessed through a comprehensive study of the patterns of trade in Europe and the individual member states over a thirty year period.
