Impulses of Antonio Rosmini« The decision to study Antonio Rosmini's »Philosophy of Right« illustrates the search for the fundamental elements of »rights«. According to Rosmini, the concept of rights include the limitation of rights as a corollary of its five constitutive elements. Rosmini's concept of rights shows that, while »rights« are themselves an abstract concept, they are not bound by any particular culture because they are grounded on an ontological foundation which are prior to any relation to human organisations.
