The Freedom of Expression for Judges in the Sphere of the Judicial Ethics

In this book, from an interdisciplinary point of view, collaborators from different countries (Italy, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Romania, Poland, Brazil and Spain) and from various disciplines address the ethical issues surrounding the exercise of the freedom of expression by judges. The book brings together different approaches and themes, creates a space for debate and serene reflection concerning how judges should exercise the right to freedom of expression in the light of judicial ethics to ensure public confidence in the administration of justice.
