Rajaratnam School of International Studies. Rohan received his doctorate from the University of St Andrews where he was British Chevening Scholar. C. Nna-Emeka Okereke is a continental counterterrorism expert with the Irregular Warfare Centre - National Defence College, Nigeria and a Visiting Professor in the Department of International Relations, Coal City University, Enugu (Nigeria). Nna-Emeka holds a PhD in Political Science (International Relations) from the University of Nigeria Nsukka.
