The French Code of Civil Procedure in English, 2010

The French Code of Civil Procedure in English 2010 provides an expert translation of the complete Civil Code of France. The French Civil Code, a descendant of the Code Napoleon, provides a detailed description of the court system, including appeals and arbitration procedures, as well as the laws governing all aspects of French life, from public elections to marriage and divorce.
