'The Right to Food in the Operations of the World Bank and the IMF. On the Responsibility of International Organisations for Human Rights'

This thesis analyses in which regard the World Bank and the IMF are bound by the human right to food. It outlines whether international organisations are generally subject to human rights law, as well as whether the right to food forms part of customary international law. Special consideration is paid to which possible risks for the human right to food are caused by these institutions’ operations, and which measures they could take to minimize the risks.
