This book describes the change management process for implementing a digital business model via the holistic Organization 4.0 MITO configuration management approach. The content chapter structure with the explanation of the different transformation design views is based on the higher-level operational control loop principle within the MITO model segments with. This book is a translation of the original German 1st edition Ganzheitliche Businessmodell-Transformation by Hartmut F.
