The historical context, to which Thomas Aquinas (1225-1274) came across in his time was marked by the confrontation of thoughts. On his own initiative and moved by personal concerns he devoted himself to the task of reviewing, organizing, deepening, harmonizing and passing on, new formulated, the multiplicity of highly developed philosophical and theological knowledges, which had been transmitted to his era. Out of the plenitude of confrontations, in which his own spiritual activity moved around, it will be here selected a particular issue, concerning human action, its orientation, implementation and realization in social life, Justice.
