Congenital Deficiencies of the Long Bones

This book is intended to become the foremost authoritative text on limb deficiencies and their treatment. A general opening section discusses the assessment and prediction of limb length discrepancy and non-lengthening methods to equalize such discrepancy and correct angular deformity.
