This characterises German procedural law, which is regulated in different codes of procedure, and leads to the 'concept of a general doctrine of procedural law', which is the focus of the present study. The topic is located at the intersection of procedural jurisprudence, legislative theory, and meta-legal dogmatics. In addition to classical legal text work, formal, computer-assisted text analysis is used, which is an innovation in the legal field.
