»The Confidentiality Protection of Mediation Content« This paper examines the current state of protection of confidentiality of information obtained by parties to a mediation process as a result of the mediation procedure, both in substantive law and in civil procedure, and then discusses the desired state of this protection. The results of the investigation are implemented in a proposed wording for the amendment of § 4 MediationsG and in a model agreement as an autonomous private supplement.
