Besteuerung der Sharing Economy

»Taxation of the Sharing Economy«: This work analyzes how the current German tax regime treats providers in the sharing economy and how it can be improved to collect taxes more efficiently. Especially, it shows how an improved version can be implemented by building on existing structures, thereby creating minimal additional burden for platform operators and suppliers.
