Transfictional and Transgeneric

This volume brings together contributions developed within the scope of the first conference of the International Research Network, "Transfictional & Transgeneric." The thematic framework explores, for instance, the concept of fictional characters and how they are reshaped across narrative genres, with a particular focus on cinema and literature in the 20th and 21st centuries. The articles presented examine works from a variety of cultural and linguistic contexts, encouraging intermedial dialogue and intercultural reflection. Together, they emphasise the fluidity of the boundaries that the research group aims to explore.
