The theme of the conference, i.e., 'Workplace Disruptions: Leadership Challenges and Organization Sustainability" resonates with the contemporary concerns of industry. These concerns include redefining leadership in the times of continuous disruption, changing workplace of the future and resultant challenges for business leadership, evolving business models, role of technology and digitization, agility of business functions- all with the purpose of driving sustainable business transformation and growth.
